The Adopt-A-Highway program is a testament to the transformative power of community engagement. It is a monthly commitment to keeping our city clean by removing litter and waste from the on and off ramps of the 10 westbound freeway within the city of El Monte, including: Garvey, Peck Rd., and Santa Anita.
